Booking and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in a Core Reformer Pilates retreat in beautiful Ibiza.

Please read these Booking and Refund Terms carefully before confirming your retreat.

Booking Deposit

A €500 group reservation deposit is required to secure your chosen retreat dates. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your group retreat.

Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit, or full payment where applicable, has been received.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date and must be paid by bank transfer. Your personalised booking confirmation email will confirm the total retreat price, deposit received and outstanding balance.

Cancellation by the Guest or Group

If your group cancels 31 days or more before the retreat start date, the €500 group reservation deposit will be refunded in full.

If your group cancels 30 days or fewer before the retreat start date, payments are non-refundable. Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your booking to alternative dates, subject to availability and any applicable costs.

No refunds or credits are available for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, unused services or voluntary changes to the itinerary.

Cancellation by Core Reformer Pilates

In the unlikely event that Core Reformer Pilates must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made to Core Reformer Pilates will be refunded in full.

Core Reformer Pilates is not responsible for travel, accommodation booked independently, insurance, visas, or any other costs incurred by guests. We recommend that all guests arrange suitable travel insurance before booking transport.

Travel Insurance

All guests are responsible for arranging comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, travel disruption, medical expenses and personal belongings.

Acceptance of These Terms

By paying the group reservation deposit or the full retreat fee, you confirm that you and the members of your group accept these Booking and Refund Terms.
