Core Reformer Pilates offers Pilates Retreats. Details including retreats dates,  pricing, and availability are listed on our website and may change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or offering without notice.

  • All bookings must be made online via our website or approved booking platform (e.g., Wix Bookings).

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments).

  • Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds​​

  • Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats at our discretion, in which case you will be offered a full refund or a retreat credit.

  • By participating in our retreats, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of safely taking part in Pilates activities.

  • It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have injuries, health concerns, or are pregnant.

  • Core Reformer Pilates and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during the retreats unless caused by gross negligence.

We ask all clients to:​

  • Treat instructors, other clients, and staff with respect

  • Use equipment responsibly

  • Notify us of any health issues before the retreat

We reserve the right to deny service or access to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
