This website is operated by Core Reformer Pilates, located in Switzerland. These Terms apply to all users of the site and our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Core Reformer Pilates offers Mat and Reformer Pilates classes and related wellness services. Details including class times, pricing, and availability are listed on our website and may change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or offering without notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made online via our website or approved booking platform (e.g., Wix Bookings).
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments).
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before the class starts.
Cancellations made after this period may be charged in full or counted as used.
Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at our discretion, in which case you will be offered a full refund or class credit.

5. Health and Safety

By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of safely taking part in Pilates activities.
It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have injuries, health concerns, or are pregnant.
Core Reformer Pilates and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Code of Conduct

We ask all clients to:

Arrive on time for scheduled classes
Treat instructors, other clients, and staff with respect
Use equipment responsibly
Notify us of any health issues before class

We reserve the right to deny service or access to anyone who violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos, and branding, is the property of Core Reformer Pilates or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Core Reformer Pilates is not liable for:
