Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our online Pilates classes. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. 1. Advance Booking Required All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Booking closes 1 hour to the scheduled class start time. 2. Class Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation upon successful booking. A link to access the class (via Zoom or equivalent platform) will be provided in the confirmation email for online classes. 3. Class Capacity To maintain a high-quality experience, each class has a limited number of participants. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Window If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered late cancellations and are non-refundable or non-transferable, unless due to an emergency (at the instructor’s discretion). 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Class Cancellations by Instructor In the rare event that a class is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Refunds & Transfers - Refunds will not be issued for missed classes. - If you cancel within the allowed window, your credit can be used to reschedule another class. - Class passes and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Technical Requirements - Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and access to the required video platform. - No refunds will be given for missed classes due to technical difficulties on the participant’s end.
