1. Class Cancellations by Clients
You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows are non-refundable and will be counted as used.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes unless you notify us within the allowed cancellation window.
2. Class Cancellations by Core Reformer Pilates
If we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, technical issues, or any other unforeseen event:

You will receive a full refund or a class credit, based on your preference

Rescheduled classes may be offered as an alternative
3. Class Packages and Memberships

Unused class packages (e.g., 5-class or 10-class passes) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no classes have been used.

Partially used packages are non-refundable, but the remaining credits may be transferred to another user upon request.

4. Private Sessions or Workshops

Private classes or special events/workshops are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds are not issued for digital products or on-demand classes once access is granted.
