Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in joining our Pilates retreat in beautiful Ibiza. Please read the following terms carefully before securing your place. Booking Terms A deposit of CHF 500 (or €500) is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit (or full payment) has been received. 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date. 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date. 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date. Remaining Balance Remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat start date. Please note: For deposit and remaining balance amounts, please refer to your booking summary email. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can operate the retreat effectively. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures: – No refunds or credits will be issued. Retreat Cancellation by Organiser If the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. if the retreat is not full), all payments made will be refunded in full. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants. Travel & Insurance We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and personal belongings. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate cover in place before attending.
