Service Description for Pilates Retreat Ibiza: -Room 1- Private 1 double bed with ensuite bathroom : CHF 2050 for 1 pers. -Room 2- Private 1 double bed with one shared bathroom: CHF 1900 for 1 pers. -Room 3- Two Single beds with one shared bathroom for 2 people: CHF 1650 per pers. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in joining our Pilates retreat in beautiful Ibiza. Please read the following terms carefully before securing your place. Booking Terms * A non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 is required to confirm your booking. * The full retreat fee must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date. * Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking. * Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit (or full payment, if within 30 days) has been received. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can operate the retreat effectively. Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat start date: – Unfortunately, no refunds can be given. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures: – No refunds or credits will be issued. Retreat Cancellation by Organiser If the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. minimum of 4 participants is not met, force majeure), all payments made will be refunded in full. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants. Travel & Insurance We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and personal belongings. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate cover in place before attending. Acceptance of Terms By submitting your deposit or full payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Booking & Cancellation Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
