A high‑performance, small‑group Reformer Pilates retreat designed to build strength, refine technique, and elevate your physical capacity.

Core Reformer Pilates offers semi‑private (maximum four participants) and private Reformer Pilates sessions in Ibiza, focused on posture optimisation, core integration, muscular balance, and injury‑resilient movement. This 4‑day (3‑night) intensive is built for those who want more than relaxation — it is structured training in an exceptional environment.

Located on Ibiza’s southwest coast, within walking distance of the iconic Es Vedra viewpoint and Cala Vadella beach, the retreat setting provides the ideal conditions to train hard, recover deeply, and stay focused.

The modern villa serves as your performance base: a contemporary space with sea views, open training areas, a rooftop terrace, and a pool for active recovery. Designed for privacy and concentration, it allows you to train without distraction while enjoying Mediterranean surroundings.

The Training Approach

Each day includes two structured Semi‑Private Reformer Pilates sessions led by Geneva‑based Comprehensive Certified Instructor Marie‑Laure (12+ years of experience).

The program combines:

  • Progressive strength sequences

  • Core integration and spinal stability work

  • Jump board conditioning sessions

  • Mobility and controlled flexibility training

  • Restorative precision-based stretch sessions

Sessions are carefully programmed to build intensity over the retreat while respecting joint safety and individual biomechanics.

With only four participants, you receive detailed technical corrections, load progression guidance, and tailored modifications to maximise results.

This retreat is designed to improve:

  • Core strength and deep stabiliser activation

  • Postural alignment and muscular symmetry

  • Lower and upper body power

  • Movement efficiency

  • Injury prevention through controlled mechanics

Performance Meets Recovery

Strategic recovery is built into the schedule to optimise training outcomes.

Included:

  • 60‑minute full‑body Ayurvedic massage to accelerate muscular recovery

  • Guided coastal hike to Cala d’Hort for active endurance training

  • 60‑minute guided stand‑up paddle session to develop balance, coordination, and shoulder stability

This combination of structured strength work and intelligent recovery enhances adaptation while reducing fatigue accumulation.

What’s Included

Accommodation

Shared or private rooms in a modern southwest Ibiza villa, 10 minutes from Cala Vadella beach. Ocean views, private pool and sunset terrace included.

Performance Nutrition

Meals are designed to support training and recovery.

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit, avocados, artisan bread, nuts, seeds, and protein-rich options.
Lunch: Seasonal salads, eggs, cheeses, olives, local produce, and balanced macronutrients.
Dinner: First evening at the villa, two evenings at selected local restaurants, and a final celebratory dinner.

Fresh fruit, nuts, water, herbal teas, and coffee are available throughout the day.

This is an alcohol‑free retreat to support optimal recovery and performance.

Movement & Conditioning

Two daily Semi‑Private Reformer sessions including:

  • Dynamic strength circuits

  • Jump board power training

  • Controlled tempo work

  • Stability and mobility sessions

  • Deep stretch and restoration

Nature & Endurance

Guided coastal hike to Cala d’Hort with panoramic Es Vedra views — combining steady-state endurance with breathtaking scenery.

Sunset Paddle Session

A guided 60‑minute stand‑up paddle experience at Cala Vadella.

Develop balance, shoulder stability, and core control while training in a calm open‑water environment.

  • Flights to Ibiza

  • Airport transfers (20–30 minutes, approx €25–30 by taxi)

  • Grip socks for Reformer sessions

  • Alcohol

  • Beverages outside the villa

  • Travel insurance

Check‑out: 10 am (morning session + breakfast before departure)

  • Room 3 – Twin room shared by two friends (shared bathroom)

  • Deposit: CHF 500 (€500) per person to secure your place
    Balance due 30 days prior to departure

  • Deposits accepted in EUR, GBP, USD via bank transfer.
