That is exactly what our Ibiza Reformer Pilates Retreat offers. With only 4 spots per retreat, this is one of the most intimate and personalised Pilates retreat experiences you will find anywhere. Here is everything you need to know about the cost, what is included, and how to secure your place.

What Is Included — And What It Is Actually Worth
This is where the real value of the retreat becomes clear. Below is every element included in your retreat price, along with an estimated standalone value if you were to book each one individually in Ibiza:
Included Item | What You Get | Estimated Standalone Value |
Luxury Villa Accommodation | 3 nights in a private villa with pool, ocean views, and sunset terrace | CHF 450–750 |
Semi-Private Reformer Pilates | 5 sessions with a maximum of 2 per class — essentially private tuition | CHF 500–750 |
Group Mat Pilates | 1 outdoor session on the final morning | CHF 30–50 |
All Meals (4 days) | Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily — including 2 restaurant dinners and a celebratory final dinner | CHF 400–600 |
Ayurvedic Massage | 1 x 60-minute full-body massage by experienced practitioner Alice Cadfan-Lewis | CHF 120–180 |
Guided Coastal Hike | Hike to Cala d'Hort with views of Es Vedra and hidden coves | CHF 50–80 |
Sunset Stand-Up Paddle | 1 x 60-minute guided SUP session at Cala Vadella — all equipment included, no experience needed | CHF 60–90 |
All Amenities | Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, hairdryers, refreshments, and free parking | CHF 50–80 |
Total Estimated Standalone Value | CHF 1,660–2,580 |
When compared to our retreat prices of CHF 1,590–1,990, you are either paying less than or closely matching what these experiences would cost if booked separately — without the convenience of having everything organised for you in one seamless package.
What Is NOT Included
To help you budget accurately, here are the costs that fall outside the retreat price:

Flights to Ibiza | Varies by origin |
Airport transfers (20–30 min taxi) | Approx. €25–30 each way |

What Influences the cost of a Pilates Retreat?
Several elements contribute to the overall cost of a Pilates retreat. Knowing these can help you make an informed decision and get the best value for your investment.
Location and Accommodation
The retreat’s location plays a significant role in pricing. Popular destinations with beautiful scenery or luxury amenities tend to be more expensive. Accommodation options also vary widely, from shared rooms in boutique hotels to private villas or eco-lodges. The level of comfort and exclusivity you desire will impact the cost.
Duration and Schedule
Retreats can last anywhere from a weekend to two weeks or more. Longer retreats generally cost more but offer a more immersive experience. The daily schedule, including the number of Pilates sessions, workshops, and free time, also affects pricing. Some retreats include additional wellness activities like hiking, or massages, which can increase the cost.
Instructor Expertise and Class Size
The quality and experience of the Pilates instructor are crucial. Certified Comprehensive instructors with specialised training and a strong reputation may charge higher fees. Smaller class sizes often mean more personalised attention, which can justify a higher price. At CORE Reformer Pilates, for example, we focus on small-group sessions and personalised training to ensure every participant feels supported and empowered.

How to Choose the Right Pilates Retreat for You
Selecting the perfect retreat involves more than just price. Here are some tips to help you find a retreat that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Define Your Goals
Are you looking to deepen your Pilates practice, relax and unwind, or connect with like-minded women? Clarifying your goals will help you choose a retreat that offers the right balance of activities and downtime.
Consider Your Fitness Level
Some retreats cater to beginners, while others are designed for advanced practitioners. Make sure the retreat matches your experience level to get the most out of the sessions. Core Reformer Pilates welcomes individuals of all experience levels, including beginners.
Check Reviews and Credentials
Look for testimonials from past participants and verify the instructor’s qualifications. A reputable retreat will have transparent information and positive feedback.
Evaluate the Community and Atmosphere
The social aspect can be a big part of the retreat experience. Choose a retreat where you feel welcomed and supported, much like the community at CORE Reformer Pilates, where women are encouraged to move with purpose and create lasting change.

Tips for Budgeting Your Pilates Retreat
Planning ahead can help you manage costs and enjoy your retreat without financial stress.
Book Early: Early bird discounts are common and can save you a significant amount.
Travel Smart: Look for affordable flights and consider traveling during off-peak times.
Pack Wisely: Avoid extra charges by bringing your own Pilates gear and essentials.
Set a Spending Limit: Decide on a maximum budget and stick to it, including all travel and extras.
Look for All-Inclusive Options: Sometimes paying a bit more upfront can save money on hidden costs later.
At CORE Reformer Pilates, we believe that Pilates is not just a workout but a lifestyle. Retreats are a wonderful way to deepen your connection to your body and mind, helping you feel strong, centered, and confident long after you return home.
By understanding the factors that influence Pilates retreat costs and knowing what to look for, you can choose a retreat that fits your budget and supports your wellness journey. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, a well-chosen retreat can be a powerful step toward lasting health and vitality.
This is not just a fitness holiday — it is four days of expert-led movement, nourishing food, ocean air, and genuine connection with a small group of like-minded women. You will leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply restored.
